Gaddafi's Libya in a televised speech the opposition is willing to cease fire (Figure)

BEIJING, April 30 Xinhua comprehensive report, Local 30, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi in a televised speech earlier expressed willingness to negotiate with the rebels reached a cease-fire agreement, but he also said that the ceasefire agreement is notsided. 

According to reports, Gaddafi said, "Libya is still ready to cease fire, but not a unilateral cease-fire." He said, "We are the first to welcome the ceasefire, we are the first to accept the cease-fire, but attacks have not stopped NATO." 

Reported that, in the hours before a televised speech Gaddafi, the Libyan government said 29 government troops have seized control of Hong Kong Tara Missouri, and warned the rebels lay down their arms, if not four days, will lead to more bloodshedevents. 

On the other hand, it was reported 27 for the control of forces loyal to De Xiba Gaddafi - Wa Zien (Dehiba-Wazin) border crossings, and opposition forces in the border war between Libya and Tunisia, a short across the border into Tunisia, caused by Tunisia's protest. 

Libyan government spokesman Ibrahim (Musa Ibrahim) told reporters that the Libyan government is working with the Tunisian border to avoid the chaos caused by cooperation.
